Tracy has had a library in various locations since 1880. The library is currently located at 189 3rd Street. Patrons will find more than 14,000 items, including periodicals, videos, books on tape and CDs.
The library has seven computers for public use. There is no fee for computer usage, however there is a 25¢ per page fee for printouts. Internet access is available. Students in kindergarten through grade six can participate in a summer reading program at the library starting in June.
