Interlibrary Loan

Books that are not at the Slayton Public Library may be borrowed from
another Plum Creek Library System member library.  Patrons can search the library's online card catalog and place their own holds, or request assistance at the circulation desk.  The library receives delivery of materials three days a week, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.  Requests from system libraries are usually filled in 3 to 5 days.  

            Books that are not in the library system can also be requested.  This can be done by going to MN Link and searching libraries statewide.  Library staff can assist patrons in this as well.  These requests usually take 7 to 10 days to process.
