| Library Services Need A Library Card?
Print out the application form or get an
application form at your library. Photo ID and proof of current address
necessary. These
could be a MN driver's license, MN State ID; employer's ID, plus
anything that shows your present address.
Library cards are free. Replacement for lost cards is $3.00.

Outreach - delivery to nursing homes and daycares.
Fax - $1 per page to send and receive. International faxing not available.
Copies - 8.5" x 11" pages are 15¢ for black & white and 25¢ for color.
Bus Tokens - 2 per week (one required each
direction) for patrons that need transit service to the
Library.
| Loan Periods
Two weeks for most materials except:
DVD &
VHS - one week Renewals
Most Library material may be renewed.
Renewals may be done in person, by phone or through our Online Catalog.
If another patron has requested the title, you may not renew the item.
You will not be able to renew material if you have more than a $5.00
fine from another Plum Creek library on your card or more than 5
overdue items. Material borrowed from other libraries in the Plum Creek
Library System may be renewed.
Fines
Fines for books are $.05 per day. Fines
for DVDs and VHS are $1 a day.
