Think it's a waste to just throw them out each month? Bring them to the library and share them with other magazine readers. In each Jackson County library, there's a table where you can leave the magazines that you're finished with, and while you're there, browse through the magazines that others have left....maybe you'll find something interesting. __________________________________________________________ The new Koha library catalog is up and running! This new system has more search capabilities and increased ability for users to manage their own library accounts. To log in use your library card number and the last four digits of the card number for your password. From your account you can place holds, renew items, view what you have checked out and when the items are due. For instruction on using the new catalog visit the library and library staff are happy to assist you. If you are interested in receiving email messages about arrived holds, and overdue materials please talk to library staff. You can choose to adopt a book, magazine, DVD or any other material for the library-- A wonderful way to honor or remember someone special AND support your library. With a donation, the library will buy a book, or any other material to be placed in the library, with a book label indicating the donor and/or honoree. Are you done reading the current bestseller or watching a new movie? Donate it to the library to share with others. This program is the perfect opportunity to keep the collection at the local library growing.
