| Wabasso Public Library Internet Access and Safety Agreement It is the policy of the Wabasso Public Library to provide free access to information to users of all ages, while attempting to protect them from unwanted exposure to graphically depicted obscenity and child pornography and to restrict access by minors to materials harmful to minors. Users wishing to access the Internet at the Wabasso Public Library must agree to comply with the following Rules of Conduct:
Library employees are authorized to take prompt and appropriate actions to enforce the Rules of Conduct, and/or to prohibit use by persons who fail to comply with the Internet Acceptable Use Policy as stated. To preserve their own personal safety, users should avoid disclosing personal information over the Internet. Parents are responsible for their children's use of the library's resources and facilities. Parents are requested to monitor their children's Internet use. Individuals who violate this policy will be asked to discontinue their activity. If they continue, they will be asked to leave the library facility. If they refuse to leave, they will be considered trespassers and the police may be called to remove them. The Wabasso Public Library is striving to maintain a working environment for adults and minors to read and learn. The concerns and recommendations of the patrons of the Wabasso Public Library are always welcome. Access to Internet Workstations
