Congratulations to fifteen year old Andrew Prekker, Luverne, MN, winner of the 2015 “Book Your Winter Getaway” Winter Reading Program artwork logo contest sponsored by the Plum Creek and Pioneerland Regional Library Systems with monies provided through the MN Arts and Cultural Heritage Legacy fund.

This program is funded in part or in whole with money from the vote of the people of Minnesota on November 4, 2008 which dedicated funding to preserve Minnesota’s arts and cultural heritage.
