HOT READS FOR COLD NIGHTS

Adult Winter Reading Program

Help your library compete for the "Champion Readers Traveling Trophy"  by reading as many titles as you can.  The reading program is open to those  with a current library card.

Register at your local library, get a punch card to record the number of books and you are on your way.  Additional punch cards are available  as needed.

A prize is awarded after you complete the first punch card but don't quit reading there!  An  additional prize will be given to the person that reads the most books.

Teen Winter Reading Program

Teens  in grade 7-12 can participate in a teen reading program.  Sign up at your local library.

Adopt Program at the Library

If you would like to offer direct support to the Jackson County Library's collection, the Adopt Program provides the perfect opportunity.

You can choose to adopt a book, magazine, DVD or any other material for the library--
A wonderful way to honor or remember someone special AND support your library.

With a donation, the library will buy a book, or any other material to be placed in the library, with a book label indicating the donor and/or honoree.

Are you done reading the current bestseller or watching a new movie? Donate it to the library to share with others.

This program is the perfect opportunity to keep the collection at the local library
growing.

Contact your local library from more information.
