Remove unwanted Spyware and Adware--download the FREE AdAware program and remove these unwanted security bits from your computer. Once downloaded to your computer, update and run AdAware once a week or more, depending upon how much time you spend online.
ONCE A WEEK
Run Disk Cleanup. In XP, run from each users' desktop.
Run Defragmentmentation.
Run Error-Checking [also called Check Disk or Scan Disk].
